About the House

The Lake House is located on Prinyers Cove, approximately 25 minutes from Picton, Ontario. Situated right on Lake Ontario, the water acts as a tranquil backdrop for your vacation.

Amenities include:

• 3 bedrooms:

  • 2 guest rooms with 2 queen beds in each room

  • 1 master bedroom with a king bed and a private ensuite with direct access to the sunroom

  • All bedrooms include mattresses from the Westin Hotel Beauty Rest Sleep Collection. Linens, duvets, towels and pillows provided.

• 2 bathrooms, the ensuite features a soaker tub

• A fully equipped kitchen

• Dining room with seating for 10

• Full living room with couches, a recliner, and wood burning fire place (winter months only)

• Screened-in sunroom with dining room table

• BBQ

• Large outdoor deck with lounge seating, recliners, Muskoka chairs and hammock

• 10 foot dock into the lake (May to October)

• House is equipped with: WIFI, smart TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+) and Bluetooth sound system

The wineries are at the heart of Prince Edward County. With many wineries maturing & growing in popularity you don't want to miss out! We frequent Huff Estates, By Chadsey's Cairns , Devil's Wishbone & Waupoos Estate Wineries.

Home to the Drake Devonshire Hotel & Restaurant, Wellington is just plain cute! Worth the drive to visit Nice Ice Baby Ice Cream!

County Cider Company...enough said and only ten minutes from the house!

Sandbanks Provincial Park  

No excuses! We have a Provincial Parks Pass for you to use! The beaches are stunning.

Lake on the Mountain Provincial Park

The closest restaurants to the Lake House are at Lake on the Mountain. The Miller House features incredible cuisine for everyone's preferences, while the terrace across the street serves Charcuterie platters with international and local flare. While there make sure to actually see The Lake on the Mountain!
